1. Deposit of $250 on all first time accounts.

2. A signed contract is required.

3. All Specials take priority over class dogs.

4. All client dogs will be shown by me unless there is a unforseen conflict in which case

my assisstant or a suitable handler replacement will be used.

5. Returned check fee is $50, in addition to any charges incurred by your bank for insufficient funds.

6. Owners must provide proof of vaccines prior to start of handling services. These include Rabies,

DHPP, and Bordetella.

7. Owners are responsible for all entry fees in addition to handling fees.

8. Travel expenses are divided between ALL dogs traveling to a show, this includes those owned by the

handler. For example, if the travel expenses are $200 and there are 4 dogs being shown, two of which

belong to the handler and two that belong to you, you would be responsible for 1/2 of the expenses.

9. Written consent for necessary veterinary care is required for any dog who is boarding with me. Ring pick ups

do not need this consent form signed provided that the owner will be ON THE SHOW GROUNDS during the entire

time your dog is in the ring or in our care.

10.Billing is done on a bi-weekly basis and is subject to Net 30 terms.
